If you are subscribing to ChartStation for the first time, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment. No reason required.
After the 14-day period, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel future renewals from your account settings at any time. Access continues through end of paid period.
After 14 days, annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund minus the value of any monthly equivalent already used. Calculation: Refund = Annual Price - (Months Used × Monthly Equivalent).
Refunds are processed via the original payment method (Mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Tabby). Settlement typically takes:

Cancellation: Stops future billing. You retain access until end of current period.
Refund: Returns payment to you. Access typically terminated.
If a refund is disputed, we encourage direct communication with our support team. If unresolved, disputes are handled per our Terms of Service.
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank instead of contacting us first, your account may be suspended pending resolution. Please contact refunds@chartstationai.com first — we resolve issues faster than chargebacks.
If you subscribed using a promotional code or discount, refunds will be issued at the discounted amount paid, not the regular price.
