1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChartStation AI ("Service", "Platform"), operated by ChartStation Technology ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ChartStation. By using the Service, you represent that you are of legal age and have the right and authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscription Plans

ChartStation offers the following subscription tiers:

• Explorer — Free tier with limited access
• Trader — 79 SAR/month or 663 SAR/year
• Pro — 149 SAR/month or 1,251 SAR/year
• Elite — 299 SAR/month or 2,511 SAR/year
• VIP — 599 SAR/month or 5,031 SAR/year
• LEGEND — 1,499 SAR/month or 12,591 SAR/year

5. Billing & Payment

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Payments are processed through licensed Saudi payment gateways (Moyasar). You authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions.

7. Service Description

ChartStation provides AI-generated educational trading analysis and signals. We are NOT a licensed financial advisor and do NOT provide investment advice. All content is educational in nature.

8. Risk Acknowledgment

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge:

• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• You are solely responsible for all investment decisions
• You may lose all invested capital
• Options can expire worthless
• Leveraged trading can result in losses exceeding deposits

9. Intellectual Property

All content, signals, algorithms, branding, and software are the exclusive property of ChartStation Technology. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not: scrape data, reverse-engineer the platform, share account credentials, resell signals, use automated bots without permission, or violate any laws.

11. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChartStation's liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or consequential damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChartStation Technology from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

14. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Riyadh.
