End User License Agreement (EULA) — ChartStation AI

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("you", "user") and ChartStation AI ("ChartStation", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the ChartStation AI bot, our private signal channels, market analysis, software, and all related content (together, the "Licensed Materials"), accessed through our checkout provider and Telegram.

By subscribing to or using the Licensed Materials, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use them. This EULA is in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

1. License Grant

Subject to your active subscription and compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Licensed Materials for your own personal, individual purpose only.

2. License Restrictions

You may not, and may not allow anyone else to:

• copy, reproduce, publish, forward, stream, resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute any signals, analysis, or content to non-subscribers or third parties;
• share, transfer, or provide your access, account, or subscription to any other person, or use one subscription for more than one person;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, or attempt to extract source code, data, or the underlying models of the bot or software;
• create derivative works, competing products, or automated systems based on the Licensed Materials;
• remove, obscure, or alter any watermark, attribution, or notice;
• use the Licensed Materials for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

3. Ownership

The Licensed Materials are licensed, not sold. ChartStation and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Licensed Materials, including all intellectual property rights, software, models, branding, and content. No ownership rights are transferred to you under this EULA.

4. Content is for Personal Use & Information Only

Signals, analysis, and materials are provided for your personal, informational and educational use. They are not financial or investment advice, and we do not guarantee any profit, accuracy, or result. Trading involves substantial risk and you may lose your capital. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and risk management (see our Terms of Service).

5. Third-Party Platforms

The Licensed Materials are delivered through third-party platforms — our checkout provider, Telegram, and their payment processors — each governed by its own terms. CS Trend is delivered through TradingView, subject to its platform terms. We are not responsible for those platforms.

6. Updates & Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Licensed Materials (in whole or in part) at any time. This EULA applies to all updated versions unless a new agreement accompanies them.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any term of this EULA (including sharing or redistributing content), and we may suspend or revoke your access immediately and without refund. Upon termination you must stop using the Licensed Materials. Sections on Ownership, Restrictions, Disclaimers, and Limitation of Liability survive termination.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Licensed Materials are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChartStation shall not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Licensed Materials. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the one (1) month preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence applies.

Current offers and access terms

Monthly bot plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Full Access is a promotional bundle including Gold & FX, US Options & Stocks and Deep Analysis. Specialist Deep Analysis plans are separate alternatives; purchasing Full Access does not require either add-on. CS Trend is sold separately and is not included in bot plans.

The $19.99 three-day trial and CS Trend passes are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal or automatic conversion to a monthly plan. All base prices are in USD; applicable taxes and the final total are displayed before payment. Checkout confirms the purchased plan and its billing terms.

Activate by email, then submit the purchase email. Instant support is available through @Tradeviaai. CS Trend activation is manual after payment verification and submission of your exact TradingView username and Telegram contact or phone number with country code. Never provide account passwords.

CS Trend can be renewed before or after expiry; renewal requires a new purchase and verification.

A referral earns the referrer one free month of CS Trend only after the referred friend purchases a subscription and the referral and purchase are verified. Contact @Tradeviaai to register the referral. An invitation alone does not qualify.
