Terms of Service — ChartStation AI

Welcome to ChartStation AI ("ChartStation", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our subscription services, including our Telegram signal channels, the ChartStation AI bot, market analysis, related content, and CS Trend (collectively, the "Service"), purchased through our checkout.

By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ChartStation provides educational and informational market content, including trading ideas, technical analysis, signals, and related tools delivered via Telegram and our bot. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.

2. Not Financial Advice

The Service does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and we are not a licensed broker, financial advisor, or portfolio manager. Nothing we provide is a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. All decisions you make are your own responsibility. You should consult a licensed professional before making any financial decision.

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading financial markets (including forex, commodities, indices, stocks, options, and cryptocurrencies) involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose some or all of your capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. We do not guarantee any profit, outcome, accuracy, or specific result. You trade entirely at your own risk and are solely responsible for your own risk management.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the Service and to trade financial instruments in your jurisdiction. By subscribing, you represent that you meet these requirements.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Auto-Renewal

• Monthly bot subscriptions are billed through our checkout provider and automatically renew each billing period unless cancelled. Your payment method is charged the then-current price.
• The three-day bot trial and CS Trend passes (30, 60, 90 or 365 days) are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew. A new purchase is required to extend access.
• Base prices are in USD. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown at checkout before payment; your bank may apply its own currency-conversion charges.
• CS Trend is a separate invite-only TradingView product. Access is granted after payment verification and review of your exact TradingView username. No password is required.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through your customer billing portal (or by contacting us). Cancellation stops future renewals; your access remains active until the end of your current paid period. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Acceptable Use & Content License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Service for your own individual use. You agree not to:

• share, forward, resell, republish, stream, or redistribute any signals, analysis, or content to non-subscribers or third parties;
• provide your access to any other person, or use one subscription for multiple people;
• copy, scrape, or create derivative products from our content;
• misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Our content may be watermarked. Sharing or leaking content is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination without refund, in addition to any other remedies available to us.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, branding, software, and materials provided through the Service are owned by ChartStation or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited license described above.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service is delivered through third-party platforms, including our checkout provider (subscriptions and payments), Telegram (channels and bot), their respective payment processors, and TradingView for the indicator. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any signal or analysis will be accurate or profitable.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChartStation and its owners, team, and affiliates shall not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the one (1) month preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChartStation and its team from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the Service, your trading activity, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for a breach of these Terms (including content sharing or abuse), without refund. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence applies.

Current offers and access terms

Monthly bot plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Full Access is a promotional bundle including Gold & FX, US Options & Stocks and Deep Analysis. Specialist Deep Analysis plans are separate alternatives; purchasing Full Access does not require either add-on. CS Trend is sold separately and is not included in bot plans.

The $19.99 three-day trial and CS Trend passes are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal or automatic conversion to a monthly plan. All base prices are in USD; applicable taxes and the final total are displayed before payment. Checkout confirms the purchased plan and its billing terms.

Bot activation is instant after payment and purchase-email verification with the correct Telegram account. Open @ChartStation_AIbot → Premium → Subscribe now → Already paid? Activate by email, then submit the purchase email. Support is available through @Tradeviaai. CS Trend activation is manual after payment verification and submission of your exact TradingView username and Telegram contact or phone number with country code. Never provide account passwords.

CS Trend can be renewed before or after expiry; renewal requires a new purchase and verification.

A referral earns the referrer one free month of CS Trend only after the referred friend purchases a subscription and the referral and purchase are verified. Contact @Tradeviaai to register the referral. An invitation alone does not qualify.
