Refund Policy — ChartStation AI

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions to ChartStation AI ("ChartStation", "we", "us", or "our") purchased through our checkout. By subscribing, you agree to this Policy together with our Terms of Service.

1. Nature of the Service

ChartStation provides digital content delivered immediately — access to private signal channels, the ChartStation AI bot, live signals, and analysis. Because this content is delivered and consumed in real time as soon as your subscription activates, subscriptions are generally treated as non-refundable once access has been granted.

2. General Policy

• All sales are final once your subscription is activated and access to the bot and/or channels has been provided.
• We do not provide refunds for partially used billing periods, for a change of mind, for dissatisfaction with signal outcomes, or for trading losses.
• Trading involves risk, and we do not guarantee any profit or result (see our Terms of Service). Losses are not grounds for a refund.

3. Cancellation (Stop Future Billing)

You can cancel at any time through your customer billing portal or by contacting us:

• Cancellation stops all future renewals and charges.
• Your access remains active until the end of your current paid period — it is not cut off immediately.
• Cancelling does not retroactively refund the current or past periods.

Monthly bot plans renew unless cancelled. The three-day trial and CS Trend passes are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. You can purchase renewed CS Trend access before or after expiry.

4. Limited Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in genuine cases such as:

• a duplicate or accidental charge; or
• a technical failure on our side that prevented us from delivering access, which we were unable to resolve within a reasonable time after you notified us.

To be considered, contact us within 7 days of the charge with the email used for your purchase and details. Refunds, where granted, are returned to the original payment method through the payment provider.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first — we will help resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in immediate termination of your access.

7. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

Current offers and access terms

Monthly bot plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Full Access is a promotional bundle including Gold & FX, US Options & Stocks and Deep Analysis. Specialist Deep Analysis plans are separate alternatives; purchasing Full Access does not require either add-on. CS Trend is sold separately and is not included in bot plans.

The $19.99 three-day trial and CS Trend passes are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal or automatic conversion to a monthly plan. All base prices are in USD; applicable taxes and the final total are displayed before payment. Checkout confirms the purchased plan and its billing terms.

Bot activation is instant after payment and purchase-email verification with the correct Telegram account. Open @ChartStation_AIbot → Premium → Subscribe now → Already paid? Activate by email, then submit the purchase email. Support is available through @Tradeviaai. CS Trend activation is manual after payment verification and submission of your exact TradingView username and Telegram contact or phone number with country code. Never provide account passwords.

CS Trend can be renewed before or after expiry; renewal requires a new purchase and verification.

A referral earns the referrer one free month of CS Trend only after the referred friend purchases a subscription and the referral and purchase are verified. Contact @Tradeviaai to register the referral. An invitation alone does not qualify.

These rules also apply to activated CS Trend access and the paid three-day trial. Any non-waivable statutory rights remain protected. A free promotional month has no purchase payment to refund.
