This Privacy Policy explains how ChartStation AI ("ChartStation", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our Service (our Telegram channels, the ChartStation AI bot, and related content) purchased through our checkout.

By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to provide the Service:

• Telegram account information you make available to us: your Telegram user ID, first name/username, and language setting.
• Subscription & purchase information provided by our checkout provider when you subscribe: your purchase email, the plan you bought, and your subscription status (active, cancelled, expired).
• Service usage within our bot: the symbols you look up, features you use, watchlists, alerts, and settings you choose — used to deliver and improve the Service.
• TradingView username and contact details you submit to activate CS Trend and follow up on your request.
• Communications you send to our support (e.g., messages to @Tradeviaai or email).

We do NOT collect or store your payment card details. All payments are processed securely by our checkout provider and its payment processors. We only receive confirmation of your subscription status.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• activate and deliver your subscription (bot access and private channels);
• send you signals, analysis, alerts, and service notifications;
• provide customer support and respond to your inquiries;
• operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service;
• prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized sharing of content;
• comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to run the Service:

• our checkout provider — to process subscriptions, payments, and access (see the provider's privacy policy);
• Telegram — to deliver the bot and channel access (see Telegram's privacy policy);
• Payment processors used by our checkout provider — to process payments;
• Service providers that help us operate (e.g., hosting, analytics), bound by confidentiality;
• TradingView — as needed to grant indicator access using the username you provide;
• Legal/authorities — where required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Advertising measurement and your choice

With your permission, our website uses Meta Pixel to measure visits and advertising effectiveness. Meta may receive the page URL, approved campaign labels, Meta advertising click identifiers, browser and device information, IP address and cookie identifiers, and may use this information under its own privacy policy. We do not send chat messages, activation form contents, TradingView usernames, email addresses or phone numbers through our website Pixel. It loads only after you select Allow advertising tracking. Declining does not prevent you from using our services. Change your choice using Privacy settings in the footer. Your choice is stored locally for up to 180 days. Withdrawing consent stops future website Pixel activity and reloads the page; it does not delete information already received by Meta. Market chart embeds and the checkout provider have their own functionality and privacy controls. This website choice does not control cookies or measurement on the external checkout. 4. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your subscription is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion (see "Your Rights").

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at management@chartstationai.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. International Transfers

The Service relies on international platforms (our checkout provider, Telegram, payment processors). Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data-protection laws.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version is effective when posted. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
